About Us

Seeing a need for organisations to expand their definition of ‘learning’, better integrate fractured learning experiences, embrace the disruption of digital and be more aligned with business drivers, Tracy founded Saffire Solutions in 2016 out of a desire to help workplaces learn differently.

Tracy has extensive and varied experience designing and managing digital learning solutions for corporate, government, education and not-for-profit clients. She has a track record of leadership on highly complex and high-stakes projects resulting in the significant transformation of the use of digital technologies for learning.

Tracy has experience facilitating workshops and presenting at learning network events and conferences. Tracy also has hands-on experience with a range of learning management systems, design software and authoring tools for developing learning artefacts. She is a contributing author to The Architecture of Productive Learning Networks (Carvalho, Goodyear, 2014) and, as a highly-regarded designer and strategist, Tracy demonstrates high levels of business and digital acumen and great sensitivity to needs of learners.
